(read rules for using these) Shared Accounts means you have access to the original owner of the account, this means you are restricted from creating any profiles or any modification. These account usually don't last that long or i t can last forever until the owner has stopped subscribing. (read rules for using these)

No, you are responsible if VPN will work or not, you can either ask people on the group chat or google search it
